A Letter from the Recruitment Chair
Dear Potential New Members,
My name is Rowen Durban and I am the 2017 Vice President of Membership of the Omega Xi Chapter of Kappa Delta Sorority. Going through the recruitment process is such an amazing and rewarding experience for both potential new members and for our sisters! The Panhellenic Community here at the University of Cincinnati has so much to offer and can truly help you become the inspiring, confident, hard-working, and motivated woman you were always meant to be. You will form friendships, experiences, and memories that will last you a lifetime and I am so excited to lead our chapter through another great recruitment this year! Kappa Delta strives to continue to recruit members who embody our motto, “Let us strive for that which is honorable, beautiful and highest” and we look forward to finding our future sisters who live out this motto each and everyday. As a woman in the Greek community and more specifically, as a sister of Kappa Delta, I have become the best version of myself and truly hope that potential new members will find the sisterhood that inspires them to this extent as well. This sisterhood has given me so much more than I could have ever hoped for and I know all my sisters can agree with me when I say it has forever changed our college experience and lives. I can’t wait to bring our sisters together for this year’s recruitment and to meet all of the incredible girls who are taking the first step into UC's Panhellenic Community!
Love in AOT,
